I hope I'm not asking a question that has been asked a lot...
I tried searching around but did not find the answer.

I've created a floating icon that I want to launch the "ok google" function on the watch (not the phone).

Is this possible? What is the command?

    thanks!

Yes. Use the AutoWear App action in Tasker and under System Apps select "Google Now" :) Hope this helps

    • Create a task in Tasker
    • Add an "AutoWear App" action
    • Under "System Apps" choose "Google Now"
    • Exit AutoWear config
    • Run task
Google now should appear on your watch :)

i gotta tell ya man...these apps of yours are great!
I was able to create the ability to swipe from the left side of the screen to right to invoke google now. i made a blank icon and sized it in the floating icon settings so it just "shows" a little bit on the left side, not interfering with normal screen left swipes.
the reason i did this is because the "shake to invoke google now" does not always work for me, i wear my watch loose. and just saying "ok google" does not always trigger either.
    really good stuff! thanks!
