AutoVoice Control Alexa from Tasker?

Hi All,
I wonder if you can help. I'm new to tasker, and auto apps. I have AutoApps installed, as well as AutoVoice (full version).

Is it possible to control Alexa smart home devices from Tasker? I thought Autovoice would do this, but I think I misunderstood it's purpose as it seems to be Alexa to tasker, rather than tasker to Alexa. Could very well be wrong on this though

So, say I have an Alexa smart home device called Gates. I want to setup a Tasker button that I can press that then runs a Task that send the On command to the Gates. I don't need to use my voice to do it, as generally my old truck is too noisy for voice commands.

Can this be achieved? Any help appreciated
