AutoVoice Ctrl BT not speaking SMS through car audio via Tasker

Hi,

I have a Tasker task to speak incoming SMS, when the phone is connected to car Bluetooth audio.
I read on youtube, also grokbase , that adding an autovoice step could send the spoken SMS as a "phone call" to the car's phone feature. Here is the Task Edit page. The intent is for the car to read the SMS as a phone call, so it will interrupt any audio mode (FM radio, BT, hard drive) the car is playing through.




right after step 2, my car's display very briefly indicates that it's making an outbound call, but at step 4, the phone is still speaking the SMS

In the youtube comments, Sonny Cantu claims to have this working. Has anyone tried this and what was the result?
