First of all, thank you for creating this awesome application.

I am running 6 virtual Win10 instances with VirtualBox.
On them, Chromium is installed and Join as an extension.
For some reason, Join detects all six instances as the same and I cannot target the instances individually.

Previously this used to work by changing the PC name, but no it no longer does.
What I changed from before when it was working is Chromium instead of Chrome (which should make no difference) and not creating full clones, but linked clones, meaning they are based on the same snapshot and disk image, but changes are still saved separately.

Is there a workaround? Can I force Join to separate the instances?

Chrome controls that, not Join. So the issue is Chrome thinks that it's the same PC and assigns Join the save ID. Sorry, I can't change that myself!

Thanks, that makes sense. Can I force Chrome to see it as different PC? Maybe by deleting some config files which are then recreated?

Sorry, I really don't know :( Not familiar with the internals of Chrome.
