   I want to use join on a device that's managed with family link.
   
   I get the following error when selecting the account, which of course is also handled by family link:
   Couldn't authorize on server: Error: A non-recoverable sign in error failure occurred (code: 12500)
   
   There is no way to move on, have anyone experienced this before?

   Are you maybe you using a @googlemail.com account? If so, can you please try changing the account to @gmail.com intead? You can do that here: https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/#settings/accounts Hope this helps!
