Solved Force sync of contact name?

The names for a couple of my contacts are not syncing to Join. Their contact name appears in the SMS app on my phone and I am getting their messages in Join. Is there any way to force the contact name to sync? I've tried refreshing the SMS and Call Service (Settings - disable SMS and Call Service) but nothing changed.

I'm using the Windows 10 app, Chrome (On The Web), and Chrome Extension. Same problem in all three systems.

 

I resolved the problem by opening the contacts in Google Contacts, making an edit, and saving them. That triggered a push to Join. I don't know why those contacts didn't sync to begin with - I didn't actually change anything when I made the edit.
