AutoLocation Geofence not Updating on Oreo

Hi,
i got a Problem with Autolocation, my Geofence is not triggering until i open Autolocation, go to manage geofences and open my existing geofence. Then the map shows up and the geofence is changing its state according to my place.

Sometimes, while im not moving, eg being at home (in geofence home), the fence changes its state to outside after a longer period of time and will not change back to inside, until i open the fence in the options again.

I got a Xiaomi Mi Mix2 on Android 8.0.0
Disabled every battery saving feature for tasker and autolocation
i use high accuracy option
tasker and autolocation have rights to autostart
the notification icons are not hidden

Maybe someone can help me to solve this issue.
