Open How join handles SMS being synced from blocked numbers

Long time paid supporter -- have loved the software! Recently have run into an issue and I am stumped on h how to proceed.

Spam SMS messages from the short digit code numbers, I've successfully blocked the number in the SMS app itself (Textra) however on the PC side of things, these short digit spam texts are getting pushed through to my browser. Is there a way to have Join recognize the blocked number list and not sync that stuff?
