Have you tried with AutoAlarm? :)
You can only get notifications on the lock screen

Yes i tried autoalarm $hour variable and i can see the time of the alarm
but on one of your videos i think i can see like a count down bar until the alarm goes
also if i set permanent notifications will it drain the battery in a way cause the task is running all day?

Hmm, what video are you referring to exactly? I don't recall making such a video.
A permanent notification won't drain your battery :) It will not cause any task to continuously run, don't worry.

Oh, I see :) that's actually a simple counter that increases every hour. No alarms are involved in that example.
AutoAlarm has the %minutes variable which gives you the minutes to the next alarm for example. If you create a notification with a progress bar where max is 1440 (number of minutes in a day) and the current value is %minutes it should work :)

    I tried what you did
just for testing i set max to 100
then i set the alarm to go in 30 minutes
so in action i set autoalarm first
    then %minutes gives me 30
so the progress bar should be half
in the current i set it to %minutes andd when i play it the progress is empty
but if instead of %minutes is set it to 30 it works
    why the variable isnt working?

I figured it out why it didt worked
because the numbers i get from %minutes are not round
    correct?

You could also use the split action to get rid of the decimal part :) But whatever works for you!
