AutoRemote How to set callback after successfull task?

Hi what I want to do is like this:

Visitor of my website registering their phone number, then get redirected to a "loading page".

[in the background while visitor see loading screen]
my server call tasker to send a message to this guy's snapchat, after finished tasker reply to my website the status of the task, something like "success".

After my server see this "success" message. Visitor get redirected to thank you page.
Is that possible? How to make tasker reply to my server about its task status?
