Open Join Desktop Shortcut for Chrome Extension issues

Hello,
I tried the "Join Desktop Shortcut for Chrome Extension", which is a great tip !
However, I have issues when uploading files from this shortcut to a smartphone, especially large ones (several MB) : The windows always closes and the files are not always uploaded. (I never had this problem with the Chrome Extension inside the web browser).

edit: actually, "send an SMS message", "Take a screenshot", "toggle screen capture", "locate device" and others don't work for me either with the shortcut. Anyone has seen this problem ?

Any advice ?

Everything works as expected with the extension inside the browser.
The only problem is with the separate shortcut window. I'll check from another computer and keep you updated

 

The separate windows (shortcut) works perfectly from my other computer.
I don't know why it does not work with the first PC... Same version of Windows, same version of Chrome...
Anyway, thank you for your very prompt reply!
