Launch Google Play Sevices App Info Screen

Im just about at wits end. I have an android head unit that has no way to access Acessibility Services which renders much of the great functionality in Tasker plugins null and void because the simply can't be granted permissions such as auto input.
Basically I want to launch Google Play Services App Info (the screen that has force close on it) then I have no choice but to manually force close myself. I then want to launch another app automatically but only after I have completed the force close (and closing the associated pop up when you do so).
As mentioned autoinput is no longer an option.
Can anybody tell me how I can achieve this using Tasker? I haven't even been able to find a way to just launch the Google Play Services App Info screen. Tried a bunch of different apps but none will take me directly to the screen without multiple button clicks. Not great when you are driving.
