Open [macOS]Clipboard syncing causing dock to not be draggable

I know it sounds wonky but it's an issue somewhere.
Because of issues with the clipboard manager, a few times a day the dock becomes locked and I need to kill the pasteboard service and restart dock. This fixes it for a while but it always comes back. Relevant Stackoverflow: https://apple.stackexchange.com/questions/166999/cant-rearrange-dock-icons
I didn't see any threads here and I had this issue a few months back. It was so annoying I had to disable Join. I re-enabled the extension but almost instantly I got the issue again. Haven't went to rate the apps yet wanted to see if there is a current thread or discussion for this at all.
Whether it's in Join or all clipboard syncing apps I don't know. What does Join do exactly to sync the clipboard?
