Open Missing Actions icons and action slow to trigger

Hi,
I noticed that the Join Actions icons were sometimes missing when I place them in the quick settings tiles.

I have to reopen the notification panel two-three times before they appear properly.

Another point I noticed is that the actions are sometimes very slow to trigger : I often need to press 3 to 4 times the quick tile shortcut to launch the action.

I have a OnePlus5 phone. Have you noticed these issues before ?
