AutoRemote Missing an easy autoremote step

I was folllowing an example I found online about using autoremote to get the battery level from my Android tablet and report it back to my android phone. I have that part working, with the tablet reporting back accurately.

The part that I'm missing is getting Tasker on my phone to announce the level aloud. I've gone through the examples, but seriously to still be missing something. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

For the basic profiles, each device is named simply phone and tablet. ba is the variable for getting the battery level and br for returning the info.

The information is displayed for just a moment at the base of my phone, but it never triggers the task to read the messages out loud.
