AutoWear Missing permissions

Hi

I recently got a "new" Moto 360 (1st gen) to replace my old one which had dead pixels.
Now I'm having problems with permissions for using floating icons.

I followed the instructions on https://joaoapps.com/autowear/autowear-floating-icons-on-android-wear-1-5/ last time and it worked on my last watch.

But it won't let me create the icons on the new watch. It keeps complaining on missing permissions (to draw overlay)

I'm using Samsung Note 8, Android 9, Latest security patches (Nov -19), no root.

I even tried to revoke USB debugging authorizations on my phone to get the auth. dialog to pop up again.

When I run the command, I don't get a confirmation or anything (I don't know if I should get it or not).

I also tried reinstalling AutoWear to no avail.

Any help would be appreciated.
