Solved No Chrome popups , extension works flawlessly

Hi,

I am receiving all the notifications perfectly fine , the extension shows the notification counter I hear the sound when they arrive and I can read them through it but the problem is that I never get a single notification pop up.
The diagnostics via the extension work fine the I'M ALIVE popup appears.
Chrome settings\advanced\site settings notifications are all active including JAVA.

That's my only problem , the popups nothing more.

Thanks for telling me about the notifications, I found out that the windows notifications were greyed out after a system update so I had to fix some policy registry to get them fixed.
