AutoWear No Command Trigger

I am able to see my Autowear commands come through as toasts in my phone. I setup a simple complication on my watch. How do I get Tasker in my phone to pickup this command from my watch. I have plenty of Autowear options in Tasker, but they all just open Autowear like it wants me to configure something instead of simply receiving a command.

Edit: Nevermind I am quite stupid. You make a profile in Tasker not a task. I can't figure out how to delete this.
