AutoVoice Not Intercepting Commands in Google(Not Assistant)

I have been using Autovoice with Android 5.0 for a long time, it works well. I just changed to a new phone with Android Pie, and imported my Tasker settings from my old phone to the new. Using the exact same settings, Autovoice is not intercepting any of my commands from the Google app(not Assistant).

I have granted accessibility permission, it shows green in Autovoice. I have made sure that both phones have the same settings in Autovoice. I have disabled battery optimization for Tasker and Autovoice. I also tried the Test Command directly from the Autovoice app, and it goes through sucessfully to Tasker. It's just that the commands are not being intercepted in the Google app.

Really hoping to find a solution, without using Assistant.
