Open Note input window auto-scrolls

The note input window under the Android app auto-scrolls the view so that the input row is always flush with the top of the keyboard when writing/editing a long note. This is highly annoying for many reasons. For one it makes it really difficult to select text when the view keeps auto-scrolling and the keyboard gets in the way. It also makes it impossible to edit text while keeping text below it visible for reference. Thirdly, when one places the cursor in the middle, of the visible text field, and start typing, it automatically scrolls down which makes one lose concentration.

Note that the note field is not as bad as Google Play's in-app feedback form, though, that one is awful as it actually places text under the keyboard! Of course, that does not justify people following in their tracks. As my dad says: "if someone jumps off the bridge, does that mean you have to jump, too?"
