Open Notification dismissal and text showing its sending twice

I could not find these issues on any other threads so hopefully I didn't miss it. If I did, I apologize.

I have a samsung galaxy 26 active and working through chrome browser.

I am having two problems.
1. When I send a text through Chrome extension and then open my messaging on my phone it shows the text is sent twice. I have checked & it is not sent twice, it is just showing it is.

2. When I click dismiss all notifications or when I respond to a text through my computer, my phone still flashes the notification till I dismiss it manually from my phone.

Thoughts?
