    Hello there.
I am a Join newbie and if there is documentation that references what I am asking, then please show me the way.

First, I have Join on my Android phone and have installed the Chrome add-on on my PC. I have encryption turned on and the diagnostics pass all tests, however, I have to manually refresh the Notifications tab in the Chrome add-on for the notifications to show up on the browser. I cannot for the life of me, find an option that tells the add-on to auto-refresh at regular intervals or for the phone app to auto-push any new notifications.

Second, I received a phone call yesterday and it did come up on Join immediately with the option to answer. However, clicking on the answer button did nothing. Is this feature currently working? If so, would it allow me to answer my phone and speak through my computer headset rather than my phone? I know that Samsung Sidesync has that feature and it'd be pretty cool to have it on this one.

Hi there, thanks for the questions :)

About the first, check step 2 here.

About the second question, unfortunately on some devices that doesn't seem to work unless you have Android 8. You don't have that, do you?

    Thanks for the reply.
So I did enable Chrome to receive notifications as per Step 2 in those instructions.
What I did not do what specify which apps would create notifications.
I assumed that not specifying anything would push everything.
    Is that correct?

I am on Android 7.0 and can't upgrade this phone any higher unfortunately.

Nope, sorry, you really do need to specify which apps you want to sync. Hope this clarifies it!

Ah, in that case, is it possible to eventually add an option check/uncheck everything for those of us that don't want to specify certain apps?

Looks like my issue was resolved by just checking everything.

That's by design, sorry :) Check here why.
