AutoNotification Pass vibration pattern to android wear?

I'm creating notifications and the vibrate pattern works fine on the phone, but no matter what I do the watch will not vibrate when a notification is created. I don't necessarily need a custom vibration pattern on the watch, but something so I know it came in without looking at my phone.

Its a notification that my cell battery is low and the phone will automatically shutdown in 60 seconds unless I press the prevent button in the notification. The buttons work really well with android wear, just no vibration from the watch to alert me to the notification. Any suggestions?
