AutoTools Problem with Dialog List and Text

The Dialog action works great in the Task with no errors at runtime in Tasker. When I leave Tasker and then return, there is an error for every time that a Dialog was executed. See the attached screen shot.
Here is the XML file for the Dialog action.
While the error messages are annoying, the error does not appear to effect the results.
