Open Push url from phone to chrome VERY slow (other way fine)

    Sorry to spam with all these topics at once, I just finally got time to sit down and do something about it.

    Pushing an url (webpages) from chrome on a computer to my phone works like a dream. But when I try to push from my phone (chrome on Android 7.0, up to date version of chrome on android, chrome version 58.0.3029.96 (64-bit) on Macbook), it takes a long time (several minutes, sometimes up to ~10 minutes).
