Open Pushes from Chrome not showing up on phone sometimes

    When pushing from Chrome to my phone (Samsung A8 2018) there can be a very long delay or not receiving at all.
    To find out what is wrong i run diagnostics in Join and as a result i get Invalid GCM Tokens.
    One of options is to reset of GCM Tokens. I agree and run Diagnostics again and i get the same result.
    Only after second or third time or resetting GCM Tokens i can successfully complete Diagnostics tests.
    And everything is fine for couple of minutes. And then again nothing goes thru....
    Any ideas?
