[QUESTION] Start an App Process

So I've been looking all over for a way to start a specific process within an app using these plugins and Tasker. I can't remember how I did it but there's a way to find every process an app has which can be individually selected to initiate. Is there a way to do this????

Action -> Launch App - App Selection -> Long press on app to list its activities.
