Reading a QR code received from a Whatsapp message and returning the URL

Dears, I need your help to setup a Tasker Profile with the following specification:

1- My Whatsapp number receives a QR Code Cupon photo from an unknown number.

2- The Tasker reads the QR code (its an URL), add the senders phone number on the URL ends and send it back by Whatsapp message to sender.
This is an example of the returned URL:

3- If the Picture is not good enough to have the QR code read then we send only the URL: www.quero.la/ganhar

I have no contact with coding, so if you coulld help me with the step by step I would be gratefull.
