    Hello.

I'm feeling dumb cause I guess it's a very easy thing but I can't manage to get it...
I'd like to send notifications from Chrome extension to my phone.
My goal is to launch a Macrodroid macro from Chrome Join extension.
I've seen in Macrodroid I can use the trigger (event) 'Join Received Push' but I don't have anything like that in the Commands I can execute from Chrome.
I've seen I can send a command, but it gets on my phone as Auto Apps, so it's not intercepted from that event.
I've also seen with right click I can send a notification to my phone, but I can't write the text I want to write in that notification.
Should I use Join web and Join API for doing that?

    Thanks!
    Luigi.

Use the Send a Tasker Command button for that or set up custom actions for frequently used commands :)

    Thanks.
But both of them send an AutoApps notification on my phone, so it shouldn't trigger the 'Join Received Push' event, should it?

Yes, it triggers that event as well.

    Oh that's great.
    I've just tried:
    - in Tasker I've set an event = plugin-join-join received push with filter on text = xxx and action = alert/notification=YYY
    - in Join Chrome I've choosen Send a Tasker Command and typed xxx
    - in the phone I got the AutoApps notification (saying 'Running') and then the notification YYY coming from my Tasker profile. So it works fine.

I've tried doing the same on Macrodroid (trigger = plugin/join/join received push with filter on text = xxx and action = notification=YYY) but that macro doesn't run when I send a Tasker Command from Join Chrome with 'xxx' (I do get the AutoApps 'Running' notification, but nothing after that).
You have any idea about why?
    Thanks!
    Luigi.

Sorry, you'll have to ask Macrodroid's developer that...
