Open Sending files from home assistant only work on local network

    files sent from home assistant to show up in notification and as a file attachment only actually works when sent whilst on local network and doesn't come through when not connected to local network.

    is there a chance to get this fixed? don't understand why this wouldn't work, cause sending files with join from one device to another this, outside home assistant works without a hiccup.
