Open SMS messages history not clearing..

I have try this from 2 different PC with the chrome extension. Maybe i am doing something wrong.. But when delete the sms from the phone and i click refresh on the extension the sms stills shoes up in the chrome extension. I am not use if its suppose to keep everything on the chome extension or if i do delete the sms from the phone the extencion should refresh and remove it from there too.. Please help!!..
I have also notice that when i send a message from the phone direcly and then come to the chrome extension it does not show up there
