Open SMS not working with nexus 5

Removing the cookies didn't work -- but making my account that I use with your apps be my base account and add the others under it, caused it all to work. I wonder if there is a way to make the call for the file appropriately associate with the right account?

 

Logged in today to see my Nexus 5 also no longer sending texts with Join.

All tests pass (both on the phone app and on the Chrome extension), but sending an SMS gives "SMS status not yet available" in the Join Chrome extension window several times, followed eventually by "Couldn't check if SMS was sent", and the text is not sent.

I've tried removing and reinstalling the Chrome extension - same thing.

I only have one Google account, which is signed in to both my phone/Join and Chrome.

 

Yes - but this point I am suspecting my phone over your app.

A couple of other issues cropped up right alongside this, and even texts sent manually by me out of Textra are not received by people I send messages to. My phone has been on its last legs for a while, and I think it's just time for a new one.

I've picked up something else which will be here in a few days. I'll let you know if the issues persist on that handset, but somehow I doubt they will.

 

I'm set up on my new device, but it's still not sending SMS' correctly.

I've deleted all my devices and re-added them to Join. If I try to send an SMS from the Join Chrome extension, it doesn't actually see it as "sent", so just keeps sending it. The text is actually sent six times. It's as if there is some kind of desync between Join and my phone. Not sure what to try next.

All diagnostics pass successfully, both on the new phone and the Chrome extension.

I know you've asked for this before from others with issues, so the output of Chrome -> Join Extension -> SMS -> Right click -> Inspect -> Console is:

As I said above, if I try to send a text through the Chrome extension I just see a few instances of "SMS status not yet available" in the extension window, but the text message is actually sent six times.
