Open SMS timing out when sending from Chrome

    Hello,

    I am having a problem where I will send a message from chrome but it will not send on my phone. It is intermittent and not consistent, sometimes I can reply right away and sometimes I will send a text and it either wont send or will send after waiting a while. What steps can I take to troubleshoot this?

    When that delay is present, what happens if you try to send a push to your phone, like a note to self? What happens when you run diagnostics on your phone?

    Thanks for the response. I have not tried to push to my phone so I will try that next time it fails and get back to you. Diagnostics are fine, both on Chrome and the phone, even when sms isn't working probably.

    Can it maybe be an issue with your network provider where it really cannot send the SMS?

    It could be, though I would think it would show up in my sms app, not just stay in the chrome window. It is so intermittent that I haven't had a lot of time to troubleshoot it.
