Open Specific Notifications to Specific Devices

Is there a way to push specific notifications to specific devices or alternately block the receipt of specific app notifications. For example, I have my phone, a tablet (wi-fi only), a home PC and an Office PC. I can push notifications from the phone for gmail and SMS to all devices, however, that means I get double notifications for gmail on my home PC and my Tablet (a native notification and a Join notification). I do need gmail notifications on my Office PC as IT blocks all access to gmail there.
