Open Support Windows' Focus Assist (Do-Not-Disturb)

    For testing reasons I run both the Windows 10 app and the Chrome app of Join (yet I am not a Chrome user) and one or both of these sound a notification when Windows' Focus Assist (do-not-disturb/DND) is enabled. This on Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview build 18298. Expected operation would be for both of these not to sound unless an alarm went off, optionally if the phone rang (suggesting a common configuration setting).
