Open Tasker being killed with "close all apps"

Tasker is all of a sudden now getting killed when I press the Android "all apps" button and selecting the "delete" icon to close all apps.

I've been using Tasker for years and this method to "close all apps" quite often and Tasker has never previously been killed.... don't know why all of a sudden it is now.

Just me, or can other confirm this is happening and a potential issue?

My device is Huawei Mate 20 Pro.

[edit to add more info]: Show Notification Icon is ticked, and I just set Use Reliable Alarms to "Always" (previously on Never, but help screen notes "may help Tasker being killed") - still same outcome - close all apps kills Tasker

 

I thought I knew EVERYTHING about this phone yet no, I had NO IDEA about the lock. Doing a quick Google told me to go into Recent Apps and swipe down.... sure enough the lock icon appeared. WOW.

The first few times, even with the lock icon visible, Tasker disappeared from the Notifications list when swiping down. However now, seems to stay on.
