AutoWear Toggling bluetooth on watch

Have tried lots of things and googled loads of times but can't seem to find a solution.

Reason for finding a fix...

I have a oneplus 6 phone and a Huawei watch 2 (non LTE). If I want to make / answer a call on my watch over bluetooth, everyday I need to turn bluetooth on my watch off and on again. If try and just toggle bluetooth on my phone, it doesn't help. This has to be done on the watch. If I don't do this, when a call comes in, if I press the answer button on the watch, it just routes the call straight through to the phone, rather than taking the call on the watch. It's fiddly toggling bluetooth on the watch every day via the native settings, so I would like to either create a watch notification toggle button.

Can you please tell me what the Autowear Command would need to be in the Action box? Plus if there are any other apps or settings I need to configure to make this work.
