Open Trial version still showing on one device after purchase

    A few days ago, I installed the trial version for use on my phone, tablet, laptop and PC. I unlocked/purchased Join earlier today, and it works fine, but my tablet is still seems to be running the trial version, since I am seeing ads and it is asking me to unlock/purchase again. Shouldn't it be unlocked on the tablet as well? This only happens on the tablet.

    Help!

    Yes, it should, but sometimes Google takes a bit to sync purchases between devices. :) Are you still having the issue?

    Yes, it is still locked on the tablet. I have restarted both the tablet and the app numerous times, but still no joy.

    Sorry for the delay. Do you maybe have multiple accounts on your tablet?

    No, I don't have multiple accounts on the tablet, but it seems to be unlocked now, I think the problem has been resolved (I don't know how). Thanks for your help!
