AutoVoice Trigger task with watch while screen off

Hi Autoapp-Fans,
since quite a while I try to figure out if it's possible to trigger a AutoVoice profile from my watch with Google Now while the phone's screen is off.
For example:
On Watch: "Ok Google" -> "Where are you?"
Phone with read out task somewhere in the room: "I'm here"
...and if this works: starting music from watch in the car while phone is in my pocket.
A workaround might be to turn the screen on, unlock the phone, run the task and lock the device again. Unfortunately I use fingerprint lock and haven't found a way to turn this off temporarily.
Hoped one of you might have figured out how to solve this.
