Can't Fix True caller notifications are not synced

I am using true caller as my sms app (does a nice job of blocking spam). One of the things it does is if an OTP message is received it creates a custom notification showing the otp number in bold and a button to copy it. The problem is Join doesn't sync this notification. Normal sms message notifications are synced without any issues.

 

Oh bummer. Is there anything to do to help in this regard? I wouldn't mind even if it's a bit hackish. What's even more unfortunate is that the notification contains an option to copy the OTP, but Join doesn't sync that copy. Other copies work fine.
