Solved Trying to use the Join api but Join web site won't load

Hi, I wanted to use the Join api to push messages from my Windows device to Android.(Preferably with AutoHotkey) On the api instructions page, it says I need to go here to get the api key, but that page just won't load. It's stuck like this. I disabled all extensions on Chrome, that page still didn't load. So I tried with Firefox, still no luck. How should I go about solving this problem?

 

I found out the issue after using a clean install of Chrome with Join on a Virtual Machine. It was because I had blocked Chrome from storing third party cookies on my main Chrome installation. This is the only case so far that blocking third party cookies broke something, ever since I started doing that over 6 months ago.
