AutoTools WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS for Autotools "Expiring"

    Hi, I am currently using AutoTools to "disable" the volume limit on my phone. It has been working well but every few days it would stop working, and I would have to plug my phone back on the PC to run this command:

    adb shell pm grant com.joaomgcd.autotools android.permission.WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS

    after running this again, it would work again for a few days and stop. This is happening on both my S7 Edge and Tab S2 running Nougat.

    Hi there. The only thing that would do this would be if some other app was removing the permission from AutoTools or if you re-installed AutoTools. Do you think that could be it?

    Or maybe you have an app that's freezing AutoTools and it does that?
