joaomgcd submitted a new AutoApps project: Bottom Swipe Quick Actions - Create 3 quick actions that are always available by swiping up on the navigation buttons Read more about this project...
On my Galaxy s8+ the swipe up gesture doesn't work... I get correctly the three overlay colored lines but swiping up doesn't show what I set in the swipe setup task.
I imported the project in Tasker 5.0b8 and get stuck on "Updating Web Screen Preset..." tapping on the configuration edit button in any of the three AutoTools Web Screen actions in the Bottom Swipe Setup task. I'm using AutoTools 1.0.30b. EDIT: AutoWeb just timed out uploading to Dropbox on a different task, so maybe it's a temporary Dropbox issue.
This is great! As I think a regular Tasker Scene can't overlay the Navigation Buttons in such a manner.
Is anyone using this project on a Samsung device? I think my problem lies with Samsung nav bar, but I'd like to be sure about this....
I would like to dive into this, following all those nice web screens with the Auto tools 2.0 launch. But I feel like a beginner all over again, cause I can't find how I trigger this. How do I trigger anything on swiping up from the bottom? The same for that nice music playlist launcher example that can be swiped in from the left. I've imported the pre-made things in AutoTools, but how to trigger those tasks? Is it a Tasker profile that triggers on AutoInput gesture event? That doesn't launch anything in my case. Is this hidden in AutoTools somewhere? I really don't know where to start.
So I tried to transform this into a left screen swipe, but I have run into several problems. First, the bars only seem to be really thin and offset by width, rather than being the actual width I input Second, I have the AutoTools toast turned on, and for the Edge Launcher you posted, the toast shows up as proper, but nothing shows up here when I swipe it. @joaomgcd Stupid me again! How do I add an action to the swipe. Not sure what to do with the autoapps command bit Sent from my SM-N960F using Tapatalk
Hi everyone, being a total noob I finally managed to install the project and change the middle and right toggles to go back to the homescreen and to pull down the notification bar (I’m on a Note 8, FYI). I can’t figure out though what the left action is for. I see the 6 buttons but I have no clue what to do with them. Any advice? Thanks!
Those six buttons can do whatever you want They each send a command. It's up to you to react to the commands any way you want. You can also make the swipe up there do anything else other than bringing up the buttons if you want.
