Monitor for Wear battery drain wear battery drain v2.1

This updated version runs of the same principle but with the notification is now 2 options.
1) open on phone.
If you have the latest autoinput that has the option to unlock screen, this option will launch the Wear app and navigate to the battery screen.
2) open on watch
If you have Wear battery stats this will simple Open that app on the Watch which will show you your battery screen.

As mentioned above it needs the autoinput unlock your screen option. If you don't have it you can add in your current method to open your phone.
