Hi, very sorry about the bug. But it works as it should for me.
Please, can you do the following so we can track what are the values exposed from %state variable?
    -PROFILE-
    Intent Received: android.intent.action.PHONE_STATE
    -TASK-
    Flash: %state

Check what are the values on each state of the incomming call (ringing, offhook, idle).

Go here for more information about the same bug that another user from Reddit has reported.

    Sorry for the late reply.
You just have to choose your favourite TTS engine plus its voice package from task 'SWICYX - Say Caller (1)'. (A12 and A16)

Thanks for this project. Unknown contact can.not be said completely.
    fox example

    Number 12345678901 is calling me
Tasker it is supposed to say 12345678901 is calling

    But it repeats 12345678, 12345678, 12345678....

    Can we fix this

Hello, I will do some tests to simulate it on my side. I will tell you here if I find the bug and when a new release is published ;)

    Hi, Thanks for your project.
Some polishing ideas of which some I implemented:

    Set full brightness on ringing.
    SWICYA (1) task rows:
    5. If %TIME>%SUNRISE & %TIME<%SUNSET (Either set a global Variable for desired hours or give specific time, e.g., 8.30 - 16.30)
    6. Auto Brightness Off / optional!
    7. Variable Set %BRIGHT_SAVE to %BRIGHT
    8. Display level 255
    9. End if

    SWICYA (2) task rows:
    4. If %BRIGHT_SAVE set
    5. Displat Brightness to %BRIGHT_SAVE
    6. Auto Brigtness On / optional!
    7. Variable Clear %BRIGHT_SAVE
    8. End if

Second and third are optional geeky ones:
In the say loop instead of the 3sec wait you can add custom vibrate pattern for about 3 sec.
Vibrate Pattern (comma separated list of vibrate and wait times in ms 5-300ms are good values)
Or you can set up an iPhone like strobe between announcing caller in a loop:
    1. Torch set on
    2. wait 8ms
    3. Torch off
    4. wait 16ms
5 Goto action nr 1 if qtime<3-5s (this is device dependent) On my gadget the loop did not work reliably, but a long sequence of on-off did.

Finally the last idea that I am cracking is:
When a specific BT device is connected after the 1st caller announcement the call is auto answered

Thanks for the great profile and comments. It works fine for several calls but then stops activating on me calls, and I need to run initial setup again. Any ideas how to get it to keep running?
